I am a yoga teacher, health coach, professional dancer and model  based across Paris, London, South of France and around the world.

My dancing and modelling work has taken me all over the world, but my greatest achievement has been discovering my inner journey. After many years training in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga and Meditation, I now teach Hatha and other styles of Yoga. Through dance, modelling, yoga and meditation I’ve found a beautiful balance in my career between the demands of modern life and natural wellbeing.
