Emma's Yoga practice started in 2007, to recover from an important injury from dancing and helped her get quickly back on stage. Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Meditation quickly became a big part of her life. From 2011, she was regularly touring with Crazy Horse as a Dancer and started a Self-Practice Yoga Path, her Yoga Mat always in her suitcase and being inspired by many teachers and people around the world.
Since 2013 she attends retreats and trainings every year to enhance and open her practice.
Not only are her classes fun, grounded and challenging but they are about sharing.
